Charlotte T. Oehman has served as a director of Innovenn’s Board of Advisors since September 2022. Most recently, Ms. Oehman served as General Counsel with Synteract, a private equity-backed company, purchased by Syneos Health. Prior to that, for over eighteen (18) years, Ms. Oehman held various position with increasing responsibility with Quintiles (now IQVIA), a New York Stock Exchange listed company, lastly as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary to the Board. Also, she volunteers with Womentum, an organization of women business leaders, conducting negotiation workshops. Ms. Oehman has a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. Also, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and economics from North Carolina State University.
